Our New Home Tour continues with a stop at Yellow Bluff Landing, Jacksonville's Premier Community located on the Northeast area of Jacksonville. We stopped by Providence Homes to take a look at their 3519 Model Home to see what they have to offer. The 3519 Model features a 2 floor layout with a large open family area perfect for entertaining family and friends. The main level also features a game room and large screened outside patio. On the second level landing you will be greated by a Office/Entertainment area which connects to the master bedrooms and guest bedrooms. Home prices from Providence Homes in Yellow Bluff start at $172k up to the mid 200's any many extra's and options to choose from.
We stopped in at KB Homes newest new home community in the Northside area of Jacksonville for a tour of their beautiful model home. The 1865 Model home that we toured featured a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath layout with a 2 car garage. The heart of the home featured a large open kitchen and living area, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
KB Homes Big Deal Sales Event - New Homes Savings in Jacksonville Area
What's "big" really mean, in the grand scheme of things? How about lowered prices and $16,000 off quick move in homes in eight Jacksonville KB Homes communities.
