Old San Jose is becoming the creative focus for some of the city’s best designers and builders . It was a long time coming, but the Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco, announces the opening of its luxury amenities center . It’s part of a one-two punch as they unveil their new site plan for single-family homes, which will allow for 26 single-family residences to be built and sold in the community, five of which will be waterfront home sites with private docks.

Old San Jose Single Family Homes Plan
There are more choices for luxury living on the St.Johns at Old San Jose. Single family homes will be built on north side on the entrance road, with condos and townhomes currently selling on the south side of the site. The new single family home offerings will make Old San Jose the first fully diversified development on the river since the Epping Forest community was established. Waiting lists are starting to form, as the prospect of living on the St. Johns in a planned developmnent has been the province of only an elite few up to this point. In particular, the waterfront sites with docks will be highly coveted property. The new site plans presents 26 single family home sites with five of those directly on the river, with the option of a boat dock/lift.
