Marchand has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. She and her family have moved around the country so many times, that she says the spark of her interest in real estate really caught fire on all those home buying trips with her parents. There were periods where she and her family picked up and moved every two years, which is why she describes herself as a "corporate brat." She lived on the west coast, southwest, northeast, and briefly in Ireland. She's an artist at heart, with her educational background in fine art and photography. She spent a lot of her time in the southeast U.S. as a resident of Miami, where art deco and design are so much a part of the landscape. Her passion for eclectic architecture and design are part of the reason she loves selling real estate.
