Joi moved to Florida in 1989 from Kentucky. She found her love for real estate while in college, when her mom, also an agent, encouraged her to get her real estate license. Her first "real job" was working for a technology driven online brokerage firm from 2001 until 2005. She partnered with her mom, and they quickly became one of the company's top performing teams. After becoming a broker, Joi went on to manage a local boutique realty office, before she and her partners opened Nextage Team Realty. Joi proudly serves as the Managing Broker of the Nextage Team Realty Jacksonville office, which is part of the Nextage International Franchise, offering a new model in real estate sales and services. Joi has a natural talent for negotiations which makes her the obvious choice to work with sellers and investors, and building our Agent Team. She will devote her efforts to developing superior service in our Seller Division at Nextage Team Realty.
